Brian Stolar, CEO of the Pinnacle Companies
Brian M. Stolar founded The Pinnacle Companies in 1984 and has since grown the company to an industry leader.

Mr. Stolar believes in superior craftsmanship and technological innovation. As a leader, his commitments to quality, cost control and technology have ensured the company’s growth in the years to come.
Mr. Stolar is also involved in other business and philanthropic ventures. Brian was also the co-founder of The Briad Group in 1987, which is now one of the largest restaurant and hotel developers and operators in the industry. Brian sold his 50% share in 2000 at which time the company had 75 chain restaurants, 12 hotels, and 3,500 employees.
Brian also founded Builder Revenue, Inc., a consortium that provides builders and developers with the opportunity to capture revenues from service providers by offering customers real estate services including title and property insurance, mortgages, bulk telecom, satellite TV/internet, credit card merchant services, and electronic funds transfer for rent collection. Today Builder Revenue, Inc. continues on as Pinnacle Builder Services, LLC, which also includes the Home Sync consumer services platform, a next generation residential-based intranet and services system. HomeSync enables residents of Pinnacle properties to save significant costs and to enhance their living environment.
Today, Brian is active in planning mixed-use, next-generation, and sustainable transportation-oriented projects in New Jersey towns. The Pinnacle Companies has recently launched its new trademark brand, CentroVerde, which will redefine such developments.
Brian continues his involvement with philanthropy through The Pinnacle Foundation, which supports the betterment of community facilities in towns where Pinnacle has built projects as well as his personal commitments to various charitable organizations.
Before Brian Stolar founded The Pinnacle Companies he was an attorney at Lowenstein Sandler, a large New Jersey law firm practicing real estate law.
